Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are recommended for the fastest service, but walk-ins are always welcome.

How long does a jewelry inspection take?

Most inspections are completed in 5–10 minutes and include a complimentary cleaning.

Do I have to be a previous customer?

No. We offer complimentary inspections for all fine jewelry, regardless of where it was purchased.

What if you find a loose stone or worn prong?

Our jewelers will show you the issue and can perform tightening or repairs in-house, often the same day.
