  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Return must include all packaging, certificates (if applicable), tags, and accessories.

Items showing wear, damage, or alteration may be refused or subject to evaluation prior to acceptance.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom jewelry and personalized pieces.
  • Items that have been engraved.
  • Items that have been resized, modified, or repaired after purchase.
  • Special orders or made-to-order items.

Custom design work is crafted specifically for you and is considered final sale.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as one of the following, depending on the purchase and eligibility:

  • Refund to the original payment method (when applicable)
  • Exchange for another item
  • Store credit

A restocking fee may apply in certain cases (up to 15%) if packaging is missing, the item requires reconditioning, or special handling is needed.

For high-value items, we strongly recommend insured shipping and secure packaging. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed as quickly as possible. Processing time can vary by payment provider (banks and card issuers may take additional business days to post the credit).

Can I exchange for a different size or style?

Yes—eligible items can be exchanged within the return window. If sizing or a different style is needed, contact us first so we can confirm availability and any applicable pricing difference.

What if my item was custom made or engraved?

Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, or modified items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
