I just have to share my incredible experience with Christopher Fine Diamonds! I initially went in to get my ring appraised, and I was blown away by the service. They completed the appraisal the same day, and everyone in the store was so friendly and helpful. Derek, who assisted me with the appraisal, was fantastic! I then returned to have my ring resized, and once again, they did an outstanding job. However, about a week later, I noticed a small diamond had gone missing from my band. I gave them a call, and without hesitation, they replaced it the same day—free of charge! I’m truly impressed by their exceptional customer service, communication, and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be a lifelong customer of Christopher Fine Diamonds!

I recently stopped in for an appointment with Derek, the general manager, for an appraisal and I can not speak highly enough about him. He is friendly, knowledgeable, genuine, honest, and an absolute joy. I would highly recommend you start at this store for any of your jewelry needs before one of the major chains as the customer service is wonderful and prices are extremely fair.

I can’t stress this enough. BEST JEWELER EVER. My custom wedding band was made here and it’s everything I could’ve imagined but better. He took 3 of my grandmothers ring and made a masterpiece. I got teary eyed looking at it. Absolutely amazing company, amazing customer service. Cannot recommend them enough.

I had some rings resized and repaired. These rings hold a lot of sentimental value and when we met with Danielle, she could see how anxious I was about leaving my jewelry for repair. Never once did Danielle say anything to indicate that my jewelry wasn’t good or that it wasn’t worth repair, or try to convince us to put the stones in completely new settings as other jewelers had. She expedited my order and returned my rings to me within a few days in beautiful condition! On top of that, she contacted my husband when they were ready so he could pick them up and surprise me with them earlier than expected. Thank you so much for caring for my pieces as much as I do! They’re beautifully restored!
