At Christopher Fine Diamonds, we stand behind the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. We are proud to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our jewelry, which covers our workmanship and the replacement of any stones that are lost due to a manufacturing defect. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and applies only to jewelry that has been cared for in accordance with our recommended maintenance schedule. To keep your warranty active, we require that your piece be brought in for a complimentary inspection every six (6) months. During these visits, our expert jewelers will examine prongs, settings, and structural components to ensure your jewelry remains secure and in optimal condition. Missed inspections may void this warranty. Please note: This warranty does not cover damage due to excessive wear, accidental damage, loss or theft, or any repairs or alterations made by third parties. Examples of non-covered damage include bent or crushed rings, chipped or cracked stones caused by impact, and damage resulting from improper care or exposure to harsh chemicals. Christopher Fine Diamonds reserves the right to determine whether any claim falls within the warranty terms.
