Required Skills
- Ring sizing, repair, polishing, and finishing
- Stone setting experience, including common setting styles
- Comfort working with gold, platinum, and gemstones
- Strong attention to quality control and detail
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
Preferred Experience
- Torch soldering and laser welding experience
- Prong work, channel work, and center stone setting
- Experience in a high-volume repair environment
- Custom jewelry and advanced bench skills
- Confidence evaluating repair challenges and recommending solutions
